Role Purpose:
As a Brand Ambassador, you will represent the brand’s philosophy and values, focusing on maximizing sales by fostering strong customer relationships, ensuring an exceptional in-store experience, and building brand loyalty.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service, offering a unique in-store experience.
- Build and maintain client relationships using CRM and digital tools.

Role Purpose:
As a Brand Ambassador, your primary responsibility is to uphold and convey the brand’s philosophy and values, ensuring strong customer relationships, boosting sales, and enhancing brand loyalty while delivering a unique in-store experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage product care, ensuring it aligns with company guidelines.
- Handle goods receipt, storage, and product flow, optimizing timing and efficiency.
- Process shop-to-shop transfers, returns, and e-commerce orders, ensuring service levels are met.
- Manage damaged products, product repairs, and organize packaging and stationery.
- Follow company procedures for theft prevention, documentation, and product movement.
- Assist in physical and cycle inventories and support warehouse management.
- Ensure the security, cleanliness, and organization of the warehouse space.
- Support the Sales team and collaborate with Visual Merchandising as needed.
