Communications Associate
Revantage, a Corporate Services affiliate of The Blackstone Group, delivers exceptional support to Blackstone’s portfolio companies in sectors like hospitality, retail, and industrial. We are seeking a Corporate Communications Professional to join our growing Portfolio Company Communications team in the UK, which provides vital communications support across Blackstone’s real estate portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support external communications for portfolio companies across media relations, public affairs, and crisis management.
- Collaborate with Blackstone to ensure alignment on corporate announcements, transactions, and communications strategies.
- Manage media materials, including press releases, and coordinate approvals with Blackstone.
- Track and evaluate media coverage, providing reports throughout the year.
- Assist in creating corporate narratives and messaging for internal and external communications.
- Manage relationships with communication agencies and support executive media engagement.
Skills & Experience:
- 2-4 years of corporate communications experience, ideally in financial services, private equity, or real estate sectors.
- Strong writing skills and attention to detail.
- Proactive, solution-focused, and able to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to build relationships with stakeholders and demonstrate professionalism.

Insurance Broker (Financial Lines)
Revantage, a Corporate Services affiliate of The Blackstone Group, provides exceptional support to Blackstone’s real estate portfolio. We are seeking a Risk & Insurance Professional to join our Risk & Insurance team, located in the iconic Shard office in London. This role focuses on minimizing risk and optimizing insurance solutions for Blackstone’s portfolio companies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in policy renewals, from compiling underwriting info to negotiating terms and ensuring accurate coverage.
- Support new acquisitions with insurance onboarding and ensure portfolio companies maintain proper coverage.
- Collaborate with brokers and third-party attorneys to meet lender requirements.
- Assist senior management in interpreting policy terms and preparing renewal recommendations.
- Analyze loss data to identify trends and recommend corrective actions.
- Manage relationships with property managers and carriers for loss improvement initiatives.
- Maintain risk management systems to ensure data integrity.
Skills & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, insurance, or risk management.
- 4-7 years of experience in insurance risk management or brokerage.
- Knowledge of Property, Liability, and Financial Lines of Cover.
- Strong communication and analytical skills.
- Experience with Risk Management Information Systems (e.g., Origami).
- CII certification (or in progress) is preferred.
- Spanish proficiency is a plus but not mandatory.
