- Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to enhance recruitment efforts.
- Compliance: Stay abreast of employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance in all recruitment activities.
- Data Analysis: Utilize recruitment metrics and analytics to assess and improve the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, with a strong understanding of industry best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
