- Stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements to enhance network operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in network operations or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of networking protocols, configurations, and troubleshooting.
- Proficient in the use of network monitoring tools.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team.
- Relevant certifications such as Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) is a plus.
