Description
National Information Technology Development Agency (NITDA) is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual for the position of IT Project Manager. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing IT projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget. The IT Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality IT solutions that align with NITDA's strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute project plans, ensuring adherence to timelines, budget, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with internal teams, external vendors, and stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
- Manage project resources, including personnel, equipment, and budget, to ensure successful project completion.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing issues and risks as they arise.
- Foster effective communication and collaboration among team members, stakeholders, and vendors.
- Ensure that project outcomes meet NITDA's standards for security, efficiency, and effectiveness.
- Evaluate and select appropriate technologies and methodologies for project implementation.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or higher degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Project Manager, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
- Solid understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2) is a plus.
