HR Advisor
About the Role:
Cartier is looking for a HR Generalist to support day-to-day HR operations, providing administrative and strategic support across the entire employee lifecycle. This role will work closely with HR management to ensure high-quality service delivery to employees and the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the performance management cycle, supporting appraisals, mid-year check-ins, and salary reviews.
- Provide guidance on HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legislation.
- Manage employee relations cases, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and absence management.
- Support HR operations, including onboarding, contracts, visa processes, and payroll updates.
- Assist in recruitment and talent acquisition, supporting hiring processes and university partnerships.
Required Skills & Experience:
- CIPD Level 3 or equivalent experience.
- Strong HR generalist experience in a fast-paced industry (e.g., retail, FMCG).
- Knowledge of UK employment legislation and experience handling ER cases.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
