Senior Outsystems Developer
About the Role:
Join CGI’s growing OutSystems Low-Code Development team and be part of the digital revolution. We are seeking OutSystems Developers at all levels to work on exciting projects within the insurance sector. This role offers the opportunity to develop business applications, contribute to proof-of-concepts, and work closely with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain applications using the OutSystems platform.
- Engage in requirement gathering and business-to-technology mapping discussions.
- Follow Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Collaborate with project teams, including testing and design teams, to ensure quality delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience in software development, ideally with web or mobile applications (.NET preferred).
- Proficiency in OutSystems, JavaScript, CSS, C#, and SQL.
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- OutSystems certification (preferred but not essential).
Service Desk Technical Analyst

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle technical support queries related to systems, software, hardware, and networks.

- Accurately log and track issues using bespoke applications.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements.
- Work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Operating Systems and Applications.
- Experience in a Service Desk environment or working with SLAs (preferred but not essential).
Salary & Benefits:
- £24,700 – £26,000 per annum
- 25 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays
