About the Role:
As part of the gTech Users and Products (gUP) team, you’ll focus on developing strategies to improve training programs, operational metrics, and overall customer experience. You’ll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to support product launches, regulatory training, and customer engagement improvements.
Responsibilities:
- Drive strategies to enhance operational metrics and program ROI.
- Collaborate with suppliers to improve customer experience metrics.
- Partner with internal teams to support business goals like product and tool launches or new regulatory mandates.
- Develop and maintain a compliant, aligned training framework for processes and supplier engagement.
- Influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders to achieve shared objectives.
Regional Analyst, YouTube Intelligence Desk
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5+ years of experience in intelligence collection and analysis in a government or business environment.
- Fluency in English and Hindi to review and enforce content policies.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Deep knowledge of Indian political, economic, and cultural events and their impact on social media.
- Understanding of YouTube and the social media landscape, including online abuse trends.
- Strong collaboration, writing, analytical, and critical-thinking skills.
About the Role:
Join YouTube’s Trust and Safety team to ensure YouTube remains a safe platform for users, creators, and viewers. As part of the Intel Desk, you’ll analyze trends in India, assess their impact on YouTube content, and work with cross-functional teams to enhance safety measures. This role involves combining insights on Indian culture and social media dynamics to mitigate risks and make informed decisions.

- Analyze social, political, and cultural contexts in India to assess their impact on YouTube content.
