As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and safe functioning of our oil and gas facilities. Responsibilities
- Conduct routine field inspections and maintenance activities to ensure the integrity and reliability of oil and gas equipment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production processes and enhance operational efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to field operations, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Implement and adhere to health, safety, and environmental standards in all operational activities.
- Monitor and analyze production data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures.
- Train and mentor junior field staff to enhance their skills and capabilities.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to implement new technologies and process improvements.
- Participate in emergency response activities and ensure compliance with emergency procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in oil and gas field operations, with a strong understanding of industry best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently or as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel and work in field locations as required.
- Relevant certifications in field operations and safety will be an advantage.
