Description

As a Recruitment Portal Administrator at DSS (Department of Security Services), you will play a crucial role in managing the DSS Recruitment Portal for the 2023/2024 intake. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the entire application process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience, and contributing to the efficiency of the recruitment procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Portal Management:
    • Maintain and update the DSS Recruitment Portal to ensure it is user-friendly and functional.
    • Troubleshoot any technical issues related to the application process.
  • Candidate Support:
    • Provide support to applicants navigating the portal, answering inquiries, and guiding them through the application process.
    • Ensure timely communication with candidates regarding the status of their applications.
  • Data Integrity:
    • Monitor and maintain the accuracy of candidate data within the portal.
    • Collaborate with the IT department to implement data security measures.
  • Collaboration:
    • Work closely with the HR team to understand recruitment needs and update the portal accordingly.
    • Collaborate with external vendors to enhance portal features and functionality.
  • Reporting:
    • Generate regular reports on application statistics, progress, and areas for improvement.
    • Analyze data to identify trends and propose enhancements to the recruitment process.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in managing online recruitment portals or similar platforms.
  • Strong technical skills, including familiarity with database management and troubleshooting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
