Description
Golden Oil Industries, a leading player in the oil and manufacturing industry, is currently seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Supervisor to join our team. The Production Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of our production facility, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the daily activities of the production team to meet production targets.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards in all production processes.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as maintenance and logistics, to optimize production efficiency.
- Train and mentor production staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Monitor and analyze production metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Maintain accurate production records and reports for management review.
- Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing or production environment.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety standards.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement process improvements.
- Familiarity with production management software is a plus.
- Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
