Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Engineer to join our dynamic team at Nestoil. As a Project Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the planning, execution, and completion of various engineering projects. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Develop project plans, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource requirements.
- Coordinate with internal teams, external contractors, and stakeholders to ensure effective project execution.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues that may arise during the course of the project.
- Collaborate with the design and procurement teams to ensure the timely delivery of materials and equipment.
- Provide technical expertise and support to project teams and ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess project status, resolve issues, and ensure adherence to safety protocols.
- Prepare and present project reports to management, highlighting key milestones, challenges, and recommendations.
- Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and technological advancements to enhance project efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
- Proven experience as a Project Engineer, with a track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Proficient in project management software and tools.
- Ability to analyze complex technical information and make sound decisions.
- Familiarity with industry regulations and standards.
- PMP certification is a plus.
