Whyte Cleon Limited is seeking qualified candidates for the position of Customer Service Representative. Responsibilities
  • Customer Interaction:
    • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.

  • Order Processing:

  • Product Knowledge:

  • Documentation:

Qualifications
  • Education: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven experience in customer service or a related role.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and customer needs.
