Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a BP Requirements Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and project requirements to ensure successful implementation and delivery of key initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for various projects.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to understand current business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Work closely with project managers, developers, and other team members to translate business requirements into actionable project plans.
- Create detailed documentation, including functional specifications, user stories, and process flows, to guide development and testing efforts.
- Participate in project meetings to provide insights, address concerns, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Assist in the development and execution of test plans to validate that solutions meet business requirements.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in business analysis to continuously improve processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and project management tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and other relevant business analysis tools.
