As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a crucial role in ensuring an excellent customer experience by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing efficient banking services. Responsibilities
  • Customer Interaction:
    • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via various channels, including phone, email, and in-person.
    • Provide accurate information about banking products, services, and policies.
  • Problem Resolution:
    • Investigate and resolve customer issues, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution.
    • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for further assistance.
  • Transaction Processing:
    • Assist customers with account transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and fund transfers.
    • Ensure compliance with banking regulations and security procedures.
  • Cross-selling:
    • Identify opportunities to promote and cross-sell banking products to meet customer needs.
  • Documentation:
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and documentation.
    • Ensure confidentiality and security of customer information.
  • Customer Education:
    • Educate customers on digital banking solutions and assist with online banking queries.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Previous customer service experience in the banking industry is a plus.
  • Knowledge of banking products and services.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
