Real Estate Graduate Programme
About the Programme
Schroders Capital Real Estate offers a Graduate Programme providing hands-on experience across various investment strategies and asset management. This rotational programme allows graduates to gain exposure to multiple teams, including Real Estate Direct, Debt, Product, Solutions, and Sustainability. You will be involved in sourcing acquisitions, portfolio management, investor relations, and sustainability initiatives.
What You’ll Do
- Assist Fund Management teams in researching and analyzing investment opportunities.
- Support asset management activities such as leasing, repositioning, and sustainability improvements.
- Work with Product and Distribution teams to develop new investment strategies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, including agents, architects, and contractors.
What We’re Looking For
- Passion for real estate, sustainability, and the built environment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work with data and proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Team player with a proactive and resilient mindset.
Qualifications
Final-year students or recent graduates in:
- Real Estate, Built Environment, Architecture, Urban Planning
- Geography, Sustainability, Environmental Sciences, Climate Studies
